Best forwards in premier league as of 2019

5- Callum Wilson

The Bournemouth striker is currently in great form for the Cherries. Wilson is an out and out number 9 with the ideal speed, agility and power a forward should possess. With already 10 goals to his name, his numbers continue rising steadily. Wilson has also been linked with a switch to Chelsea. If the striker continues his good form, Bournemouth is going to have a really tough time keeping their main man.

The 26 year old makes full use of his abilities to run in behind the defense and has a knack for timing his runs. Wilson is a constant threat from set pieces as well as corners and can use both his feet pretty effectively.

4- Sergio Aguero

One of the best pure strikers of this generation, Sergio Aguero is Manchester City’s goal machine. The diminutive Argentinean is absolutely lethal in front of the goal. In top form, Kun Aguero can absolutely decimate opponent defenders. He has also been the main striker and all time top scorer for the Citizens.

With 10 goals to his name, Pep Guardiola’s men need him to be in his best form if City is to win the league two years in a row. Possessing a deadly right foot that is capable of stupefying the most brilliant of keepers, Aguero is the ideal striker. The 30 year old will need to reproduce his old charm to topple Liverpool this season.

3- Pierre Emerick Aubameyang

A poacher in front of the goal, Aubameyang is paying dividends for the Gunners. The former Boruissa Dortmund striker came in with a hefty tag last season and has so far been instrumental for Arsenal. Blessed with terrifying pace and skill, Aubameyang can run through defenses in the blink of an eye.

The 29 year old already has netted 14 times this season and is a prime contender for the Golden Boot. The Gabonese striker is an important part of Emery’s emerging Arsenal squad. He will need to constantly keep scoring if Arsenal is in the hopes of winning any silverware.

2- Harry Kane

Perhaps, the best forward in the world, Kane is arguably one of the best strikers of the balls ever seen. The 25 year old England international had a splendid World Cup taking home the Golden Boot for most goals. He has been brilliant for Spurs for quite some time now and has showed time and again his knack for scoring gems.

With 14 goals already in his name, Kane’s season has been hit with a ligament injury which is scheduled to keep him out of action for a month at least. Always instrumental o Tottenham’s game plan, Kane has power, speed and the precision of a forward. He will be hungry for more once he comes back from his injury.

1- Mohamed Salah

Last season’s highest scorer and undoubtedly the best striker in Premier League at the moment, Mo Salah is giving others a run for their money. The Liverpool forward was absolutely deadly last time around and looks set to take home the Golden Boot this year also. Leading the score sheet with 16 goals, Salah has a knack for scoring stunners.

It is because of him, Liverpool currently top the Premier League table and are in prime position to win the league this season. An impressive dribbler with a powerful left foot, Salah is instrumental to Klopp’s success at Anfield.
